Simple Truths

Right now I am reading Freedom of Simplicity by Richard J. Foster. He writes of the struggle between man, our flesh and the simplicity of living in Christ. One sentence on page 13 was so beautifully written — and so summed up my struggles with simplicity — that I wanted to share it with you.

“At times simplicity seems as elusive as humility; the moment we think we have it we have lost it.”

Have a blessed and joy-filled day, my friends.

    HI Chelle!
Good words. Like any freedom, it must be fought for and defended.
